Branch Manager
Responsible for over seeing all aspects of the branch on a daily basis. All other managers report directly to the Branch Manager and he/she in turn reports directly to the COO and CEO. Daily duties include: Oversight of Service Manager and Service Technicians, Oversight of Sales Manager and Account Managers, Oversight of all Scheduling, Customer Service, and all aspects of the business daily.
Office Manager
Responsible for making sure all things are in order at the office. He/she is responsible for all billing, accounts receivables, and deposits on a daily basis. All department heads report directly to the office manager who reports to the branch manager.
Service Manager
Responsible for the day to day operations of each service technician. Managing their routes, scheduling, chemical inventory, reporting, training, etc.
Route Manager
Office staff member who is trained to work with the customers scheduling, re-services, chemical usage reports, accounts receivables, and work with Service Manger to ensure the organization of the routes in order.
Sales Manager
Oversees all account managers and is responsible for the training and daily reporting to ensure success. Sales Managers are required to meet monthly sales goals outlined by his/her Branch Manager.
Account Manager
You are our main source for marketing directly to businesses. You are responsible for lead generation as well as working with our telemarketing department to sell any leads given to you within your territory.
Service Technician
Your sole responsibility is to build relationships with those customers on your route and to give the best service. You are the face of our company and we rely on you to give our customers the "Quality Experience".
Termite Office Manager
Responsible for all termite reports, scheduling termite crew work, and distributing all termite leads to your inspectors.
Termite Inspector
Responsible for inspecting all leads and generating new leads through real estate companies, homeowners, business owners, etc.
Termite Crew
Responsible for all chemical application, wood repair, etc. on all termite jobs sold.
